Our Southern Appalachian Heritage Farm has been in the same Turner Family since 1828, encompassing five generations of farmers. Before that, the Cherokee called it home. In 2007, Sharon Turner Mauney (aka Organic Rose) was privileged to come into stewardship of this special place, with the goal of preserving its agricultural heritage, protecting it from development and making it a productive sustainable farm for many generations to come.
Our difference is in the way we grow foods – we believe that by growing foods naturally and by using Nature as our teacher we can increase the life force energy of the foods we eat, and nourish not only body, mind and soul but our earth as well.
