BEEF TASTING EVENT THIS SATURDAY OCTOBER 14

THE BEEF IS IN!!!

After dry aging for 2 weeks and packaged, our Beef is back at the Farm.  NOW, we’re ready for BEEF TASTING EVENT this SATURDAY October 14 between 10-3.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our final MARKET for the season is shaping up to be a winner. Not only will we have all of our BEEF CUTS out for sale and tons of tasty SAMPLES for you to try, our Market will be open for seasonal goodies. We have late sweet Corn, sweet Peppers, gourmet Garlic for eating and planting, Butternut Squash, fresh Chard, Jams & Jellies and all sorts or frozen Berries, Winter Greens and Crowder Peas.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dwayne will be manning the grill and cooking up Burgers and Steaks to sample and Organic Rose will be handing out tastes of Shanks, Goulash, Cubed Steaks, Ribs and Chuck Roast. Along with tasting our BEEF don’t miss our samples of Crowder Peas, Winter Greens and Grits.
