Fields of Lavender are beautiful to look at, and dried Lavender holds it heavenly scent for many months. It is soothing and calming and make a wonderful herbal infusion (tea), simple syrup for lemonade or an addition to any room, drawer, closet or vehicle.  The Market Barn is full of drying Lavender that fills the barn with a wonderful, lingering smell. GARLIC TASTING SATURDAYS are coming!! Save the dates of AUGUST 13 and 20 and get ready to sample all of our varieties of Gourmet Garlic. Garlic University is a great time to find your favorite(s) and even earn a diploma if you taste them all! We will have our guest chefs back with ideas for using Garlic and recipes for you to take back home.

Our Market and Tasting will be from 10 – 3 on both Saturdays with lots of Garlic to take home and if we are lucky, perhaps we will have Heirloom Tomatoes!!

Debbie From

Debbie From cooked up her favorite recipe and told us stories last year!

Do you love to cook? Do you have a favorite recipe featuring GARLIC? We are looking for a few folks who would like to demonstrate and share their love of GARLIC on either Saturday August 13 or 20. We’ll supply most of the ingredients and cooking utensils and equipment. It’s a low-key, fun day  of all things GARLIC and we would love to have you join the team.

Wilkie family

The Wilkie family entertained us at GarlicFest a few years ago.

Don’t cook? How about a musical talent you would like to share on one of these Saturdays. We have a small home made “stage” and sound system and would love to have a talented individual or group entertain us with guitar, banjo, fiddle, flute or your specialty.

We do so appreciate our volunteers. Whether behind the scene or right in the action, your personality, time and support adds  something that we cannot replace or duplicate.

volunteer jacob

Meet Jacob! This young man volunteered at the Farm for the past three days pulling fences and any other thankless jobs needed around the Farm. Hot, sweaty and scratched with briars and barbed wire, he returned each morning to begin anew. All because he wanted to do something outdoors and with purpose while he was on vacation! We are grateful for his much needed help and sincerely say “Thank You, Jacob”!

Thanks for visiting! Be sure to shop our ONLINE MARKET and pick up your order on Thursdays between 10 & 6
